Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:
“ A Shakespearean actor trapped inside the body of a mortgage adviser.”

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I relocated back from France to Leamington Spa after having spent 13 years abroad.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
He carefully and clearly explained the key points that were relevant to my complicated personal circumstances and was always available as a sounding board throughout the process.
He is currently advising me on my current projects which is still in its early stages.

Helped get our mortgage in place and also sorted life insurance out for myself and my husband.

Nothing,
Probably the only part of the house buying process that was stress free was dealing with Lloyd.
We had a few bumps along the road but Lloyd was super quick and on the case in getting them sorted!

I was looking for help in finding the right mortgage i.e no early redemption charge.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd made the application process straight forwarded and efficient. He found't me a suitable mortgage within a day. I would highly recommend his services.

We had a previous declined mortgage application and a very long drawn out process with a previous broker.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd gave us honest advice and presented all the options clearly. Once decided Lloyd applied for our mortgage, he got us our mortgage offer! Lloyd also arranged our insurances/protection.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We have exchanged contracts and just waiting on our completion date which is in two weeks.
