How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd has guided me through the process of obtaining a Mortgage for a pending house move, he has kept me informed along every step of the way and through his guidance - even though I have only been trading under a new Business for 16 months he obtained the funds required for me to complete my move. He has done this in a time when Banks are scrutinising Mortgage applications for self - employed people like myself.
Lloyd has also looked through my Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection and put new policies in place that provide me with great cover and save me a small sum each month on what I had in place previously.
I would not hesitate to recommend Lloyd and i will refer him to my friends and colleagues.

I had been referred to many mortgage brokers and financial advisors, but with little success.
With LPR mortgage services, I was totally satisfied with the level of efficiency and great service.
Not only does he deliver but also give sound advice and full support with regards to getting legal cover. What really helped

What can we say, we approached Lloyd only 6 weeks ago having seen a house we liked and had intentions of purchasing, but being first time buyers we had absolutely no idea where to start. From the outset Lloyds professionalism, confidence and openness shone through, and thy visiting us out of hours to fit in with my partners work schedule through to taking our emails/phone calls when it was all to much at any time on any day of the week made the whole process so easy and seamless. And the end result is I am sitting here, cold drink in hand looking at my brand new back yard only 6 weeks after we first met and directly on the timeline that we had requested from the get go.
We could not recommend LPR Mortgage Services any higher, that is the truth. As the title suggest if we are ever in the position to seek a new property/mortgage, it is without any doubt Lloyd will be the first person to know.
What could they have done better?
Lloyd could have done absolutely no more to help than he did. No kidding, he made the entire home purchase the most seamless transaction possible. He was even able to keep a full on estate agent at bay for us!

"If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs..."
As first-time buyers in our mid-twenties, getting a mortgage and the various insurances which go with it was a daunting task. Between being pushed around by estate agents, solicitors and the vendor, the one pillar of stability was Lloyd. He came highly recommended and we can see why - his service was absolutely first-rate; he talked us through everything from start to finish and was always on the end of a phone or email if we needed him. He reacted swiftly and efficiently to everything which happened in the roller-coaster ride of our first purchase, and it is no exaggeration to say that without him we would probably not be home-owners now. Having someone who is independent and totally on your side with a deep knowledge of the market was the best decision we made in the course of our first purchase. We cannot recommend him highly enough; anyone who even hints at getting a mortgage has one of us shoving his 'phone number into their hand! If you're wavering, don't. Give Lloyd a call and let him help you on your way.

If you would have told me five months ago that I would be living in a house that I own today, I would have laughed. But that is the case as I write this testimonial.
LPR... Lloyd!
A man that I could describe as 'the engine' that carried my journey from saver to home-owner. The perfect aid to a clear understanding of the 'scary' mortgage world... Who to choose? What I can I afford? A solicitor, for what? Insurance, what type? All questions answered with a smile.
From the beginning Lloyd explained each stage of the process, providing clarity on confusing subjects, and taking the 'sting' out of any worrying moments.
I would (and have) recommend LPR to anybody that wants an easy journey, with a supportive advisor that really cares for your individual needs.

We sold our house and the property we were going to buy fell through so we moved into rented, After speaking with a couple of mortgage advisors including the estate agents we were buying a house through about 4 to 5 months had past we had to constantly chase the advisors, eventually we we're put in touch with Lloyd and straight away within a week we had our mortgage in principal we were kept informed as soon as he knew anything and now finally we are almost ready to move into our new property thanks to the fast and constant attention he always gave to us, can't thank LPR mortgage services enough no stress.
What could they have done better?
You can not fault Lloyd Richards from LPR mortgages always on the ball and we were always kept informed every step of the west 10/10

My remortgage was for debt consolidation and to say I was pleased with the deal LPR obtained for me is an understatement. LPR was recommended to me following a failed personal application. Lloyd handled all the specific details of the application and personal circumstances professionally and without issue and the result was a successful move of the mortgage to a new lender. The interest rate he managed to get meant that even with the additional lending the monthly repayments were only the same as my original lender. And the fixed rate period means this is secure for 2 years.
I found that an additional benefit of using Lloyd was that he secured a very competative and comprehensive cover policy for the new mortgage, and it didn't need me to approach brokers myself.
All in all i am very pleased with the outcome (and let's be honest - that is the most important part) and in my circumstances i couldn't get the same deal that Lloyd did.

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
We had made some attempts to get a Mortgage and after lengthy phone calls, numerous appointments with bank staff who merely helped you complete the form, and web based applications - turned to Lloyd for help.
Lloyd came round straight away and explained the process and also the implications of Lending Regualtion which came in in April 2014. Lloyd obtained an excellent deal - perfect for our needs - and removed what was fast becoming the most stressful part of moving.
The process thereafter was hassle free - with Lloyd providing regular updates. I would recommend his service to anyone as a way of making moving house less stressful. Well worth it!
What could they have done better?
Looking back - nothing. Of course you always want to know that things are progressing but Lloyd was always careful not to overpromise and underachieve
