Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Our house has dropped in value as we bought at the 2008 peak prior to market crash. We wanted advice on how to recover from this situation finanicially, and regain some control.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd helped to re-mortgage our house, something we didn't think would be possible. He found a brilliant rate and we were up and running quickly. He has also suggested a 2-3 year plan to help us achieve our goals. We now feel in control again after being in free fall for a few years because of market conditions.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We have implemented Lloyd's suggested plan, we are in strong position now, and the future looks bright, thanks to his advice!.
What could they have done better?
The only thing I would change is more information about next steps. IE once the remortgage application was submitted by Lloyd, it would have been useful to know 1. who will contacted me, and what will they be asking for, in addition to what Lloud is processing at his end of the process.

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
We found and contacted Lloyd through Vouched For. We e-mailed last thing on a Friday . We weren`t expecting a reply till after the weekend but Lloyd e-mailed back over the weekend and he arranged to telephone us on Monday morning. He rang bang on the agreed time.
He was/is very easy to talk to, very friendly and sounds a very nice man. He explained various options open to us and explained them thoroughly .
Within a few days we had a mortgage agreement in principle.
We are very impressed at the speed our re-mortgage is proceeding. Ours is quite a complicated re-mortgage but Lloyd has made the process a breeze.
Thoroughly recommended.
