Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:

I was a solo first time buyer.

Lloyd provided myself with a mortgage at an excellent rate plus mortgage and employment insurances.

Yes, a mortgage at a comfortable monthly payment.
What could they have done better?
A few details were entered incorrectly, for example the address for the home insurance. This meant my house wasn't insured for the first few months until I rang the insurer for a query.

Buying my first house.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd arranged my mortgage and income protection product. He understood that as a single parent with a limited deposit what products would be most suitable for me, keeping in mind my budget and what was achievable. He helped me to think about longer term goals, what I would do if the worst happened and managing my money. I feel totally happy with the products I have and I have no hesitation in working with Lloyd in two years when my fixed rate expires and I am looking for a new deal.
I would also approach Lloyd further down the line for retirement planning.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I believe Lloyd has found the best deal available to me. I had approached my bank and been offered a much worse product. The whole market search was invaluable and I'm confident I have a very competitive rate for someone in my circumstances.
What could they have done better?
Absolutely nothing, I'm really happy with the service I got from Lloyd, he made the whole process much less daunting than I had previously anticipated.

I am a foreigner and I bought my first house.

Lloyd Richards look for the best Mortgage that we had right, as I am a foreigner, and he helped me to find the insurance and warranty linked to the buying of the house. He was very helpful during the discussion with the solicitor. And now he is continuing to assist me for the relation with my bank.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
As I am a foreigner and I don't know very well the rules about the mortgage in UK, Lloyd was very helpful and he succeed to explain me all the juridical detail.
What could they have done better?
Contact with Lloyd is easy, and he has always the smile, it is very appreciated.
