How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS: Used LPR for a remortgage and a separate purchase that included a mortgage. Great products, good service and excellent advice.
The second mortgage that needed arranging has had some tight time constraints. Lloyd has thus far managed to get this through on time and in budget.
Even responded to some out of hours contact via e mail which was above and beyond what was expected.

A knight in shining armour
Me and my wife Penny, would like to take this opportunity, to thank Lloyd at LPR mortgage services, after an absolute nightmare trying to obtain a Mortgage with Lloyds Bank, and then the house we originally had an offer accepted, only for them to decide to pull the house off the market, we thought our options had ended. That was until we found our dream property, which we thought was out of our reach until Lloyd worked his magic.
He got us an absolutely great mortgage deal, not only did he do that but at our lowest point he helped us in our quest to find our dream home, which I have never known a mortgage advisor do before.
It really has been a pleasure, and when you get services of this calibre money seems irrelevant.
Nothing has been to much for Lloyd, he has also helped us find some Home & Life Insurance which again has been extremely competitive, it also takes the hassle out of trawling through endless policies.
I have to say the whole process has been stress free.
once again thank you Lloyd.

Excellent support and wonderful service
This was our first time purchasing a property and Lloyd guided us step by step through the whole process. The service was highly professional and even when we had problems with our conveyancers/lenders, he not only suggested alternatives but also helped us arrange for their services. All round great experience and would recommend LPR mortgages to anyone I know who is buying a house. Thanks Lloyd.

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
We were all set for what people had told us would be an arduous journey: buying our first house.
Now sitting in our new home and reflecting on the journey, I can honestly say that much of the pain was taken out of proceedings by Lloyd who nudged and chivvied all parties (including us) every step of the way. People had also told me that 'you don't need a mortgage advisor' and 'it's nothing you can't sort yourself'. That may be true, but for me it's the same as employing any professional service - If they save you money then the money's well spent. The time and effort it would have taken me to resolve some of the hurdles we encountered completely justified Lloyd's fee.
Lloyd talks in plain English, his knowledge and experience is second to none and his customer service is brilliant - just don't tell his wife he answers his emails at the weekend.

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
As a full time mum with a very big family there is never any time to sort out boring things like mortgages and life insurance. So I rang Lloyd and asked for help! My husband and I have been meaning to sort things out for ages and I explained to Lloyd our scenario and the fact that i seriously needed help to get organised.
Lloyd was very patient, it helps that he has a great sense of humour! He sorted everything out, understood my chaos when I struggled to find paperwork and dealt with all my queries. We are now fully sorted and it was all made easy! Lloyd provided a great service, was very reassuring and enabled us to achieve a great outcome, thank you!
