How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
I have used LPR since 2006 for all my mortgage requirements and in that time I've recommended Lloyd to anyone considering buying a house or remortgaging their current property.
Meetings with Lloyd are always productive (and fun!) - he's a master at finding the perfect solution to your situation.
My latest remortgage got me the best deal going and Lloyd's managed to save me so much money. He keeps you in the loop and doesn't let those lenders get away with anything.
I would highly recommend Lloyd and LPR mortgages, you're well looked after with Lloyd.

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd has helped me buy two houses now including sorting insurance and mortgages and I can honestly say we couldn't have done it without him. He is always honest, positive and knowledgable. Because he is independent, I always know he has our best interests at heart. To be honest, even if he wasn't independent, I still think that would be the case as he is such a conscientious and approachable person who obviously cares about his clients. I would recommend anyone who needs advice or help with their mortgage and related areas to contact Lloyd. I would never go anywhere else for mortgage advice. Not to mention that he can save you a fortune!

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Having become an IT contractor recently, I had expected it to be a very daunting task in getting a reasonable mortgage offer for a property that we had hoped to purchase.
I was introduced to Lloyd via the estate agency selling the house and within hours of my initial email introducing myself and passing him some financial information Lloyd had replied with breakdowns of numerous offers I could submit for the property and the subsequent deposit required, mortgage repayments and the additional costs incurred.
We then entered a lengthy negotiation with the vendor trying to agree an amicable price and are finally moving forward with the legal aspects now.
Throughout the whole process, Lloyd has been very swift in his responses on email and phone which has been very encouraging as we have had to deal with what would otherwise has been a very stressful process in dealing with the vendor.
I would highly recommend Lloyd for his very encouraging, professional and proficient and very swift service!

Lloyd has been a faithful friend for many years, and someone I fully trust and empower to resolve any financial crisis I may be having.
Lloyd has an unnerving capability to resolve complex mortgage deals and easily beats other market rates/brokers that I have used. His tenacity is rewarded with quick solutions ... sometimes having to hold my hand to guide me through the bank/lenders bureaucracy.

Lloyd Richards is a first class financial / mortgage advisor and we were only able to buy our dream house because of his experience, support, patience and determination!
Lloyd is very down to earth, easy to talk to, and most importantly he is HONEST. He is able to give advice and lots of options to consider, without being pushy or acting like a salesman. He also doesn't bombard you with jargon - everything is explained simply and clearly, while covering all the important points.
Lloyd's advice is independent and he is able to search for the best products and deals that are genuinely right for the client. He is able to help even in complicated circumstances, like ours were.
I would also like to add that Lloyd certainly went over and above what I would expect from a Mortgage Advisor and helped us from the start to the end of our house purchase, and assisted in all associated financial matters such as solicitors, insurance, surveys etc. He even made phone calls to chase up various parties involved in the house purchase to save us having to do that. It certainly made the process less stressful for us and made us confident that every box had been ticked with nothing being inadvertently missed.
We will continue to use Lloyd in the future to ensure that we always have the right financial products for our needs and we would highly recommend his services.

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd came over to see us one very cold and icy January morning to discuss renewal of our mortgage. Making that journey itself was testimony to the dedication and commitment that Lloyd shows towards his clients. Our first application was not successful but he continued trying on our behalf until he secured a new mortgage with an excellent rate. From start to finish, the whole process was made easy by Lloyd's professionalism and expertise. He communicated on a regular basis (and still continues to do so). The best thing about Lloyd (apart from the fact that he has Welsh blood!) is that he makes you feel at ease and takes all the worry, stress and strain away from choosing a new mortgage product. We will definitely be using him again in the future and would highly recommend him to family and friends
What could they have done better?
I can't think of anything that Lloyd could do better because he does everything so well!

Lloyd was an exceptional help to us as first time buyers who were pretty clueless to what we needed to do and where to turn when buying our first house! He made it straight forward, stress free & quite easy to do! He was fantastic at organising solicitors and life insurance cover which we again had little knowledge about and all in all he made the whole house buying experience a good one! Would 100% recommend him! We cannot thank him enough!
