Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:
“ A Shakespearean actor trapped inside the body of a mortgage adviser.”

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd has helped me and my husband buy our house in the past and has now helped us to re-mortgage. He advised us on how to save money by consolidating debts and so we are saving over £300 per month just by moving to a better mortgage deal. I would recommend anyone talk to Lloyd to see where they could save money. And he's a lovely person too which helps!

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
I would highly recommend LPR mortgages to anyone looking for a mortgage. Be it for your first home, or a re-mortgage to expand a buy to let portfolio. LLoyd guided us through the options & found us some great value products to suit our circumstances. Both having busy careers it was invaluable to be able to communicate outside "office hours" and be able to provide information by email. He dealt with everything promptly & professionally and was very understanding when the situation get complex & went right to the wire with tight time constraints. We finally complete tomorrow. Thank you LLoyd for your patience!

Lloyd was very helpful and came out to see us personally within a couple of days of our first call. He offered us clear advice about a remortgage and a buy to let and then found two very good products for us.
All the way through the process he kept in touch and both mortgages were secured without a hitch. Thanks Lloyd.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lloyd several times whilst networking in Coventry. I loved his sense of humour and he came across as someone who really cared about his clients.
I asked him to source a remortgage product for me in 2014 as I was concerned that, being self employed might make things difficult for me. However, he came up with several options, including a brilliant fixed rate mortgage with no up-front or solicitors' fees.
He was very efficient and professional every step of the way.
