Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:
“ A Shakespearean actor trapped inside the body of a mortgage adviser.”

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
I've worked along side Lloyd for almost a year and I'm pleased to say everyone I've spoken with who has used LPR Mortgages has been more than pleased with the service they received. Many managed to save a significant amount of money on their mortgage repayments as Lloyd was able to compare the whole market to find the best deal for there circumstances. A brilliant service and I will continue to recommend him.

lloyd helped me buy my first house and gave me dependable and honest advise regarding my prospects and available mortgages and after 2 years, Lloyd reminded me that my fixed term was about to finish and he thought he could get me on a better mortgage deal.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We were looking to move house and needed a Financial Adviser to help us find a mortgage and insurance protection.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
What we really like about Lloyd is his ability to gather our specific requirements, but doing so in the manner of an informal chat. We really got the sense he was treating us as an individual case and his recommendation was therefore tailored specifically to our circumstances, rather than the "tick box" exercise we'd been through previously at the bank. I'm a self employed contractor, so the most important thing Lloyd did for us was using his relationships and sector knowledge to maximise our borrowing capability, something I'm not sure we'd have been able to do by going directly to a high street lender.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely. We got the mortgage and protection we were looking for at the desired rates and duration.
What could they have done better?
Genuinely I don't have anything negative to feedback. This is now the third time we've used Lloyd, which in itself tells its own story!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My wife and I were looking for a new property but due to a issue with my credit rating, we could not get a mortgage approved through the builders recommended mortgage advisor. Lloyd from LPR Mortgages was on hand to help us find a mortgage through Natwest and has assisted with all aspects of the purchase so far.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd really knows his stuff, he offered more help than I could ask for and took care of all aspects from purchase process, arranging and liaising with a solicitor and to act on our behalf and HTB. He has also arranged our protection insurance. Lloyd is a straight talker and strikes me as the kind of guy who will do as much as he can to provide a really good service. His communication throughout the process so far has been excellent and has put a lot of what we needed to know in simple terms which for me has been invaluable. Really good guy.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We are due to complete the purchase of our property on 29th July so fingers crossed.
What could they have done better?
Nothing, so far I have been completely satisfied with the service.
