Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:

We were first time buyers who had very little knowledge on how obtaining a mortgage works and the steps we needed to take to get there.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd was very patient and explained everything thoroughly to the both of us. He helped us secure a mortgage offer, the process of putting offers in for a house and advising us on which solicitors would be best suitable for us.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes - we are now in our perfect home and everything went (relatively) smoothly!.
What could they have done better?
After the first phone call the rest of the communication was via e-mail, which can be difficult if you are in an area with no internet signal.

We had been with the same lender for a long time, and wanted to see what better deals were out there.. and then thought that getting a financial advisor would be the best way to find this.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd took down all our requirements and went off looking around for the best possible deal to accomodate our needs. His contact and help throughout was second to none.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I used Lloyd's services 2 years ago when I bought my first house and I have recently used him again to remortgage and release equity from my house.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd discussed all the options with me, explaining the pros and cons of everything. I entered the process completely ignorant and he made me feel completely at ease and explained things simply so I could understand. If I ever had a question, no matter how stupid it was, he was always at the end of the phone or email, patiently answering any of my silly queries.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, I have now signed up to a new mortgage, at a better interest rate, and have successfully released equity.
What could they have done better?
I genuinely cannot think of anything Lloyd could do better, he has gone above and beyond, and I appreciate his help and guidance so so much! I will be speaking to him again when my mortgage term ends, to see if I can get a better deal! I cannot sing his praises highly enough!
