Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:

I wanted to move house, consolidate my debts and invest in insurance and protection.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Mr Richards was exceptional. He made me feel like I was his only client and always on the other end of the phone. That kind on one-to-one service is very rare and he reduced unnecessary street and anxiety for me and I was able to move house, consolidate my debts and peace of mind on insurance and protection.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely 110%.
What could they have done better?
I do not feel Mr Richards could of been more professional, helpful or understanding. I would highly recommend him to others.

We were selling two homes and needed protection.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
We couldnt of asked for better help. He saved us from losing our dream family home, remortgage a property to a buy to let, sell one and get a new mortgage on our new home.

Yes. Something we did'nt think was possible thanks to his efficient help and ability to work to such a quick timescale at a crucial time.

Lloyd's approach to contact me was great, he called at a convenient time for me and went through everything I wanted to know really well... as a novice when it comes to mortgages I know understand the process. He hasn't pressurised us at all and has left it with us to consider and get in touch when we want to proceed. Will be using his services

Myself and my partner were buying a house and needed to look at help to buy mortgages.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd made the entire process simple and work for us as first time buyers. Lloyd made sure all paperwork was received on time and that documentation was all correct. Lloyd was very quick to respond and made us feel very looked after.

Lloyd was fantastic. We needed to get a quick mortgage as we found the perfect house for us. He helped us reach that goal and get the right mortgage for us. He was always there for any questions I had and all the support I needed as a first time buyer. He explained everything throughly to me and did exactly what we required as quick and humanely as he could. He was great!!.

Lloyd gave us advice and clear explanations of all the confusing stuff. He found us the mortgage which was right for us and took care of the application process. He has also found us options for income protection and will be helping us re-mortgage once our fixed rate expires.
