Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:
“ A Shakespearean actor trapped inside the body of a mortgage adviser.”

Lloyd was very helpful and informative in helping my partner and I begin understanding the mortgage process and what was available to us. As first time buyers this was really important and we appreciated Lloyd's patience during this. Prior to lock down and during Lloyd provided us with updates on the current mortgage market which was also very helpful and kept us 'out of the dark'.
We have ended up pursuing the rest of our journey with a family friend however we remain grateful for Lloyd taking the time to help us begin our journey into the property market. I would recommend his services to any first time buyers in particular.

I was self employed and was struggling to find the right mortgage lender.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd’s excellent knowledge of the market meant he could quickly tell me exactly what we needed to so to buy the house we wqnted. Lloyd then went off, worked his magic and we got a fantastic result. We literally could not have bought our home without him.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We received absolutely the right outcome. As above, thanks to Lloyd we were able to buy our home and without him this wouldn’t have been possible.
What could they have done better?
I cannot think of anything Lloyd could have done better.
