Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We had a complicated situation of two remortgages of buy-to-let properties and we had previously received poor advice causing us to miss our preferred timeframes and pay high rates of interests on both properties. We needed a resolution as quickly as possible. Lloyd provided quick but careful advice and the mortgages pulled through.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
He sought the best deal for us and was fair in what he could and couldn't do for us. In the end, he brockered one mortgagefor a very good rate and for the other we got a better deal with our existing mortgage provider. Lloyd was honest and thorough throughout the process.

Current Mortgage deal was coming to an end and wanted to seek advice on best route forward and best rates etc for circumstances.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd was FANTASTIC throughout. Looked at all the options to suit our needs and provided a first class service in doing so. Will be recommending him to everyone.

Absolutely. Achieved the mortgage deal we were hoping for and we will be using LPR Mortgages again in the future.

I had a prompt response to my request. The only thing I feel on first contact which would have been nice is to stipulate the costs of the services provided. I feel this would be perhaps best placed on the website so customers know what to expect. Lloyd was very good in coming back to me with an answer within hours of my request but I was worried about what the charges may be.

He is very responsive. He even replied during the weekend. He gave clear answers for everything we needed. The house we put an offer in for we didn't get but we are looking at others now. Lloyd is very helpful and will be contacting him again when we have look with another house.
