Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:

My current Finance Advisor was not getting me the results I needed and was not being helpful in my situation. As my situation was complex it required someone to think outside the box and so we spoke to Vouched For who went through my needs and LPR mortgages was what came up recommended

He helped me in more ways than one, I need to remortgage my home but due to a complicated separation it meant I needed to remortgage with additional funds to pay out my ex partners equity and get rid of the help to buy loan. He made it stress free and reassured me in what was one of the most stressful times of my life

I have spoken to a few mortgage advisers recently about purchasing our second home, many have been rude, unhelpful and sometimes quite patronising.
Lloyd has been by far the most helpful, giving me a full break down of figures and explaining everything in a clear way for me to understand. We haven’t completed yet but after our first conversation, I will definitely be using Lloyd for our current and future mortgage assistance.

How has Lloyd Richards helped you since your last review?
A week after we exchanged&completed, and finally moved into our new house on 31 July 2020, we had a follow up query from our solicitors stating that our current provider was asking for payment of an ERC. We proceeded to contact Lloyd Richards who instantly shot off emails with supporting documents to clarify that no ERC is owed by us as his clients. He was there to be pro-active when we needed him!

Excellent service. Lloyd responded very promptly to our enquiry. He was professional, open, realistic, informed and ready to listen to our specific needs. We engaged him to manage our purchase on a Friday and he worked on it all over that weekend, even sending through documents on Sunday evening. He responded to emails and phone calls promptly.
