Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:
“ A Shakespearean actor trapped inside the body of a mortgage adviser.”

I was made aware of Lloyd Richards through vouched for I was looking for clear and professional advise around mortgages available and what was best for me.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd offered great communication along with the clear and professional advise I was looking for, he manages the process of obtaining the right mortgage for me, he removes a lot of the stress and hassle associated with the process and was available for queries when necessary.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We were looking into buying a house. It was only initially looking into it as we weren't sure if we would be able to do it or not.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
At the start of the process, Lloyd helped break down costs and deposit amounts. He told us exactly what we could afford which really surprised us as we didn't know anything before.
We found a house we liked, informed Lloyd, then he directed us to all the right people that we needed.
He answered so so many calls, texts, emails. Lloyd responded to every single one, even at weekends!
If we had an issue with anything along the way he resolved it.
We ended up being able to buy our first home :)
He was a star!!!.

Definitely!!!.
What could they have done better?
Nothing. I can't think of anything that he could have done better!!

We needed some help finding a solution to help us buy a property which needed some alterations.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
He understood our complex situation very quickly and came up with suggested options and solutions that same day. He then spoke to the providers and processed our information at speed to ensure we secured the property we were looking to buy. Everything was really clear and he explained any parts we didn't understand very succinctly.
