Lloyd gave forward all of the Information we required and helped between the solicitor and my accountant being someone who owns a business mortgages are not very straight forward however Lloyd ensured contact throughout

After disappointing service from another mortgage broker, Lloyd stepped in at the 11th hour to help me get an agreement in principle turned around quickly, to allow me to get in fast with an offer on my new home.
He explained my options very clearly and was very helpful in steering me to the best mortgage offering for my financial situation.

It was for sure he has more experience than us and he can help us.

He responded to our messages very quickly. He was friendly, helpful and efficient even through the current Covid 19 difficulties.

We have seen the outcome we were hoping very quickly. We had an incredible short timescale.

I have no idea what Lloyd could do better. He was fantastic. We felt well supported during the entire application.

Although I did not ultimately take up the mortgage options Lloyd suggested, I have to say that he was extremely professional, accessible & clear about the process throughout our communication. i have no hesitation in recommending him for acquiring a mortgage.

Needed to pull value out of my recently renovated house in order to make future investments
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd talked me through all options available to me, from the more normal ideas to the more unusual strategies - and helped me boil down to which was the most suitable. Lloyds skills were invaluable when it came to placing a remortgage as my financial situation changed about five times during the process due to the Pandemic lockdown. When we encountered difficulties with the first mortgage we intended to carry out, Lloyd was able to quickly find another option that was more suitable and we made quick progress to finalise everything before my financial situation changed again!

Remortgage complete with the intended results
What could they have done better?
The only issue was the Conveyancer that Lloyd arranged for the mortgage. I would advise steering clear of PPL as they delayed the completion through lack of caring, and were extremely rude to me. Lloyd did however apply pressure to the conveyancers to kick them into gear, and they should in no way reflect badly upon the good service Lloyd gave me.

Moving house and had trouble getting mortgage through bank so Lloyd was happy to help.

There are four weeks from my application and no answer from Lloyd Richards...

Well, I really don't understand this one. On the 6th June this client left a really good first impression review for me, which was much appreciated.
Due to working within the restaurant industry ( massively hit by Covid 19 ) we had agreed that until sanctions had been lifted and income was on a more permanent basis, we would wait before looking to obtain any agreements from mortgage lenders.
I had diarised to go back to the client at the beginning of July if I hadn't heard anything from him.
I can only assume that the clients unfavourable review is due to a miscommunication which I have tried to resolve, but he has said he is no longer interested.
I wish him well and am sorry he felt the need to post such a poor review. However with 236 other positive messages from my LPR family of clients, I can but press on and continue giving out the very best advice I can.
