Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:
“ A Shakespearean actor trapped inside the body of a mortgage adviser.”

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Lloyd had helped me in the past sorting my mortgage during my first residential purchase and then later, he helped me remortgage the property. In this instance, I needed a mortgage advisor to help me negotiate remortgaging my current residential property into a Buy-to-Let enabling me to release equity to buy another residential property.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd helped me understand the options available, the best way of doing this and how to approach it. He then organised both the residential and buy to let mortgages for me, obtaining offers in principle very quickly and then applying for the full mortgage when necessary.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes! I am now the proud owner of a Rental Property and a new home!
What could they have done better?
I generally communicated with Lloyd via email, however there were times where it would have been faster to have a brief chat over the phone.
