Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:
“ A Shakespearean actor trapped inside the body of a mortgage adviser.”

Needing to purchase a new home without selling my own. A tricky situation I was struggling to sort independently.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
He made it happen! He researched the market, gave expert advice and got the decision in principles sorted in 24 hours enabling me to compete for the dream home!
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes his service is second to none. I’ve recommended so many friends with various situations. Self employed, contracting, limited term in employment, divorce, and he’s helped them all!

Without Lloyds help my wife and I would not be able to have the house we have today. Lloyd carefully gathered all the information about our finances, put it all in order, explained step by step all the procedures involved and made it happen for us.

Yes. Absolutely what we hoped for.
What could they have done better?
No suggestions. I think with the wealth of experience that Lloyd has makes him great asset to anyone that decides to use his him. His services are very well structured and comprehensive containing just enough information not to confuse one that knows little about finances.

How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
He offered incredible and clear advice, and gave us lots of options that suited our circumstances. He was available to answer questions via email and Zoom throughout the process. We always felt thoroughly supported.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes - actually an even better outcome.
What could they have done better?
Nothing - Lloyd was great with communication, positive and really helpful. If anything, it would have been great to have a Zoom call about completion process, as that felt the most stressful part of it all.
