Educated at Rugby School and with a deep love of theatre, Lloyd has been working in the finance industry since 1988.
He describes himself as:
“ A Shakespearean actor trapped inside the body of a mortgage adviser.”

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We were looking at the possibility of either, re-mortgaging and taking out a new buy to let mortage, or to re-mortgage and move house. We were looking for a mortgage adviser to provide us with the figures surrounding both options.
How has Lloyd Richards helped you?
Lloyd was exceptionally helpful. He went into the full details around both our options, explaining the figures and everything it would mean for us. He was patient and fully answered any questions he had, without being patronizing (we had found that other mortgage advisers spoke to us in this way). Lloyd helped us to source a mortgage to suit our affordability making adaptations where necessary.
