Just started out my career and wanted to invest towards a morgage and other savings goals.
How did they help you?
He assisted in helping me find the best ISA and portfolios to invest in and helped to answer all of my questions. He also assisted me in transferring my pensions.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, my ISA has already seen a slight return. And Jason keeps in regular contact with me, which is great.
What could your adviser have done better?
Nothing. Please keep doing what you are doing Jason. Communication has been excellent this far.

What were the circumstances that caused you to look for a financial adviser?
I work in a highly regulated environment and had to make use of a financial advisor who could ensure compliance of my investment portfolio with independence requirements - Jason is understanding of this and ensures I receive the best available advice.
How did they help you?
Jason has been my financial advisor for several years now and the advice, support and guidance provided by him has been exemplary. I work in a highly regulated environment, specifically when looking at independence and therefore I am limited where I am able to invest. Added to this is the added burden of dealing with my compliance office before any investments may be made - Jason deals with this in his stride and ensures I am fully compliant at all times.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes - I have seen good growth in my portfolio.

What were the circumstances that caused you to look for a financial adviser?
I was looking for financial advise for my partner initially as she had a reasonable sum just sat in a current account earning nothing.
How did they help you?
Jason sorted out her investments and I was so impressed, I asked him to look at my pension. He has switched it and I have been staggered by the growth, particularly if you think of all we’re going through at the moment with Brexit and Covid
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
As I said before, the outcome to date has far surpassed my expectations. Incidentally, my partner’s investments are also performing excellently.
What could your adviser have done better?
I don’t think anything could have been better, I just wish I’d found him a lot earlier!

What were the circumstances that caused you to look for a financial adviser?
I had an existing pension but never really did anything with it once it was set up for me. I wanted to see what other options were available to me to see whether I could be getting a better service and more from my pension in the long run.
How did they help you?
Jason looked at my current pension plan and assessed its performance and laid out for me where he could be of assistance if I went to a managed pension.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Early days to be able to say in terms of the pension performance but Jason keeps in touch which updates which reassures me that he is actively looking at the account.
What could your adviser have done better?
Nothing. Jason was really helpful.
