What were the circumstances that caused you to look for a financial adviser?
Review of my finances and merging of various pension pots into one manageable pot.
How did they help you?
He spent time with me to analyse my financial situation and to assess my attitude to risk when making investment decisions before recommending a suitable investment vehicles.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Too early to say as we are both waiting to see how funds will perform over time - in say 5 - 10 years time.
What could your adviser have done better?
Recommend the moving of my funds to another appropriate provider after having seen how it has performed over the past say 5 years.

I was looking for financial advice from an established and accredited firm in the UK.
How did they help you?
Jason was very helpful and fully transparent in our discussions. However, when it turned out that my particular circumstances could not be met by Jason, he introduced me to a senior manager at another firm.

After Jason’s reference, I successfully concluded my business.

Approaching retirement and needing advice on pension implementation following divorce proceedings.
How did they help you?
Going through options available to me out on the market and establishing the best pension arrangement suited to my cuurent and future financial needs.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
This is still on going but the service I am receiving is exactly what I need. I suffer with anxiety and he has been very understanding and patient. This had made me feel at ease and the situation easier to deal with.
What could your adviser have done better?
As previously mentioned the services provided are still ongoing and yet to be finalised. Therefore no constructive feedback able to be given.

We contacted Jason around a year ago as we felt that we needed a more efficient and knowledgeable approach to our finances
How did they help you?
We had met with other IFAs and not been completely convinced that they were right for us. Jason met us at home and at a time that was convenient. He was so personable and put us at ease immediately. He is very knowledgeable and reassuring and we were confident that he understood exactly what we needed financially
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. Jason has been totally efficient and very easy to contact. He checks up on us regularly without being intrusive and is always available to meet if needed

Nothing. We have no hesitation in recommending Jason to another family.
