Moving house.
How did they help you?
Jason not only recommended the mortgage that I took out first time, but he helped me understand if it was the right one by sharing all my alternative options. He also alleviated the concerns of my father over the product selected. I feel that I got an excellent deal and all the stress was taken out of it for me.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I am 1 year in to a 5 year fixed mortgage and very happy that I selected this offer.
What could your adviser have done better?
Nothing. Jason is very helpful, very knowledgeable and responds to questions extremely promptly.

What were the circumstances that caused you to look for a financial adviser?
I hadn't reviewed my Investments or Pensions in a while and thought with a number of legislative changes it was about time.
How did they help you?
Jason took note of my circumstances, linked these to my goals and highlighted where things were good and not so good. He explained things very clearly and showed a genuine interest in my circumstances. Most importantly he gave me a route map for the future.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I am really pleased I made time with Jason, I now know how recent pensions legislation will impact on me and family members and feel my investments are now better served in the most tax efficient vehicles.
What could your adviser have done better?
I was really impressed with Jason's relaxed style of communication and that he recapped regularly to check my understanding. I do think that sometimes I need to be pushed a little harder into making a decision, I would have been happy for Jason to cut to the chase!
