Initially starting a career in financial services in 2008, in 2019 I started Greymere Finance which has become a leading provider of mortgage advice. Based in North Wales, Greymere Finance has and continues to help people all over the UK.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser? We were buying a house. How has David Williams helped you? He provided excellent advice on mortgage and insurance products and acted as our mortgage broken during theach purchase of our house. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? Yes. What could they have done better? Genuinely very happy with the service provided by David.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser? I was looking for a mortgage advisor to help me in finding a mortgage to support my first house purchase. How has David Williams helped you? Even with my complicated circumstances, David managed to find me a great mortgage at a great rate. He was very informative and put me at ease straight away. David managed the whole application and even liaised with my solicitors to make sure I got the keys when I wanted to. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? I absolutely got the outcome I was hoping for. I am now in my new home and I have recommended David to friends and family. What could they have done better? David went above and beyond and I can not think of anything he could have done better

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser? My mortgage was coming to the end of it's fixed term and I thought it might be worth looking for a better deal. How has David Williams helped you? David was fantastic, he explained everything in words that I could understand and really took the time to find out exactly what was best for me. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? I'm delighted with the outcome, my mortgage payments have reduced and I'm happy that I understand exactly what has been done.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser? Myself and my partner required a first time mortgage and wanted to ensure the process was made as easy as possible while obtaining competitive rates. How has David Williams helped you? David explained the process and answered any questions and concern we had. He obtained competitive rates while outlining what each policy had to offer and simlifiying and comparing the repayments. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? Yes, David made the process so smooth and simple and ensured we secured a mortgage with a competive rate in minimal time. He also assisted in finding us a life insurance policy. Overall david provided a excellent service which I would highly recommend.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser? I needed a new mortgage to help me buy a new house, the circumstances that surrounded the purchase were not simple. I needed to get some professional advice to help finding a bank / building society who could offer me a mortgage. How has David Williams helped you? His knowledge was first class, he took his time to get a full understanding of my situation and what my needs were. He was very patient with me and having used his skill and knowledge he was able to arrange a mortgage scheme to allow me to buy the property. He has also arranged my life cover to and income protection. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? Absolutly. What could they have done better? Nothing what so ever

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser? House purchase. How has David Williams helped you? David offered Quality advice from the start to finish of my 1st journy purchasing my new home. He practcaly areanged everything for me and made the proccess clear and explained everything i was uncertain about. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? Most definatly. What could they have done better? David was spot on in every respect.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser? I tried looking on the internet and spoke to my bank who seamed limited on the services available. A friend suggested contacting David as he was an independent adviser and would have more product choice., and she has had successful mortgage advice from him in the past. How has David Williams helped you? He was amazing. He went through the advice which was clearly laid out to me. He had a real feel for my circumstances as i am a single mother and needed reassurances i could manage the monthly payments and protect my income if i was out of work. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? Most definitely. Forever thankful to David. I now have my own house for my children and i, which with more advice from him will turn to future assets for them. I will be taking on going advise from David as he is now helping me sort a Will out, making sure my children are covered in the future. I will certainly be arranging my remortgage with him and would Vouch for him to help others. What could they have done better? I cant think of anything that could of been done different. He even came to my home for the appointments which was great for me as had to make evening calls because of work hours and hard to find a sitter. Felt it was a very personal approach, which other firms could learn from. Didnt feel like a number or that he was running off what he could earn, unlike my bank.
