Initially starting a career in financial services in 2008, in 2019 I started Greymere Finance which has become a leading provider of mortgage advice. Based in North Wales, Greymere Finance has and continues to help people all over the UK.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser? Buying our first home. How has David Williams helped you? David consistently went above and beyond what we expected of him. We were given a sudden tight deadline by our seller, giving us just six days to exchange contracts. David was able to get us a mortgage offer, but was able to do this in just three working days, keep the mortgage below budget, and quickly and efficiently carry out any amendments required. As first-time buyers, we weren't entirely sure on what mortgage to go for. David eloquently explained all options to help us decide what path to take. Throughout the whole process, David was very warm, friendly and approachable at all times of the day. He regularly reminded me and reassured me that I could contact him anytime I needed help or advice. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? Yes! What could they have done better? I can't think of anyway he could improve!

David found me a suitable mortgage lender and supported me throughout the entire process, often going above and beyond what was expected to ensure that the mortgage application was approved. David provided me with advice as to when I could look for a property, the process and sequence of events. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? Absolutely. I completed on my house purchase in September. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. What could they have done better? Nothing that I can think of.

How has David Williams helped you? David has helped us to find the best mortgage deal that accommodates our needs and situation. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of information and advice throughout the whole time which made the process a lot simpler than expected.
