Initially starting a career in financial services in 2008, in 2019 I started Greymere Finance which has become a leading provider of mortgage advice. Based in North Wales, Greymere Finance has and continues to help people all over the UK.

David at Greymere finance is BRILLIANT he assisted us in getting a morgage when we literally had no clue he guided us through the whole process and was super helpful he kept his patience when we sent the wrong things and when I was constantly emailing asking questions he made the whole process totally stress free and today we have been accepted and our morgage has come through I cannot reccomend him highly enough super guy and the best bit he will continue to help us although are morgage is all sorted. Cannot thank him enough. He was originally recommended by a relative and I will now pass his details on to anyone needing a super hero to help them with a morgage application .... thankyou David 😃

The help and advice we have received from David at every stage of the process has been great. As first-time buyers we needed to go through a lot of the information and background to mortgages from the basics, and David could not have been more helpful. He is always available for a phone call and would spend hours talking through the options if we needed, could not have asked for a better service.

As first time buyer, buying a house and getting a mortgage can be really stressful and even more confusing. David has been outstanding during all this process. Some people might be good at their job but David was on a different level. He was very flexible and easy to understand, full of knowledge and nothing was too much for him. There are no words that can describe how much I would recommend David and his company as you can't find that many people like him these days.

David Williams has been our mortgage broker for my partner and I. We cannot recommend him highly enough. In fact I did recommend him to my sister who was also supported in purchasing her first property. David has been extremely patient as it has taken us 2 years to get over the line and finally find a house (the delay was driven by personal circumstance, certainly not his turnaround). He didn't once chase for payment during this spell. David responds usually within minutes for queries, provides information in a clear way, sets clear expectations and supports guiding anything required for purchasing a property. We feel like he is genuinely interested in providing the best possible service for our little family. I didnt know what to expect from a mortgage broker, but for the fee we paid it was an absolute bargain. If you need a mortgage and unsure what to do or get started. David at Greymere is your man. David at Greymere Finance is God send to first time buyers like myself. I have had experiences with other mortgage advisers and nothing compares! He is accommodating, approachable, always available and knowledgeable. He walked me through and helped me understand the whole process which allowed me to be more confident in making the best informed decisions. I could not recommend him and his services enough! I was able to get a house with his help and have since been raving about him to all other friends who are looking into getting their own place!
