Mark Dean Wealth Management is directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and was founded by Dean Mullaly in 2010 with a vision of providing first class impartial, unbiased Independent financial advice. It has since grown into a multi adviser firm with over £100m of funds under advice and many specialisms.
All our financial advisers are highly qualified with around 30 years experience each, some hold the respected chartered fellow designation which demonstrates advice excellence. Tom has worked in Financial Services for over 30 years, beginning his career in 1988 with The Royal Bank of Scotland. He qualified as a financial adviser in 1993 and has worked for several high street banks including Woolwich and Barclays, as well as Grant Thornton, an accountancy firm, providing financial advice to a wide range of clients. Tom has an impressive set of qualifications and is currently a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. In 2020 Tom furthered his education by completing a Masters degree in Financial Planning and Business Management.
Tom has worked for Mark Dean Wealth Management since 2019 and is committed to staying with the business long-term. He is currently in the process of becoming a 50% shareholder.

Nicki has over 29 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry. Based in London she specialises in providing Bespoke Independent Financial Advice in the Non Resident and Non Domicile sectors as well as the Corporate Market.
Nicki had previously been part of a unique team set up at HSBC London to advise High Net Worth Internationals from all around the world. With a successful career at HSBC spanning 23 years she
then left to join another IFA firm with a focus on advising international high net worth private clients & corporates and finally joined the Mark Dean Wealth Management team in May 2020.
Simon has been a Financial adviser since 1996 having previously worked in bank management. He is now an Independent Financial Adviser accessing the whole of market on behalf of his clients. He brings wealth of experience covering Pensions, Trusts & Estate planning, Investments and long term care planning.
Simon has historically dealt with professional clients such as accountants, doctors, dentists, fund managers, small and medium sized business owners and professional musicians among others. He holds an impressive set of formal qualifications. As well as having a first degree, he is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

I met Dean shortly before he set up his company, 14 years ago. We had been through a couple of advisers, who were commission driven, but Dean was different. He has high integrity, is generous with his time, and has advised us well over the years. We always laugh that he holidays at the same hotel, but we feel that “boring” is a good trait in an adviser - not jumping into new, “exciting” investments. A few years back, we went through a beauty parade of local advisers, conscious that we were getting older and that we just had Dean as our contact at his firm.
