I am a Mortgage Adviser based in Tunbridge Wells, and I am not tied to any one bank or building society. I provide a full advice and recommendation service. I will take your circumstances and requirements into account and identify the most appropriate lender and mortgage product. The reasons behind my proposals will be explained so that you can make an informed decision about your new mortgage.
I specialise in being able to advise you on the best mortgage for your individual circumstances, and I have access to a comprehensive range from across the market. I am fully licensed as well as being registered with the FCA.
In most cases I do not charge a fee, as I will receive an introducer fee from the lender.
