Hi, My name is Mike and I have recently set up Logical Mortgage Solutions. I had been an employed mortgage broker for several years. Following my wedding in March 2023, I decided to leave my employed role, take the plunge, and go out alone. The company officially started on 1st July 2023. First time buyer
Mike at Logical Mortgage Solutions, was the pivotal point in my wife and I securing our shared ownership home for our family. We have been stuck in the renting cycle for far too long, and was told it was not possible to get a mortgage by other brokers and that we'd have to wait another 2 years, and save more money. Mike went out of his way, using his years of experience, to find a lender that would accept me (with my chequered financial past) and dealt with the housing association direct, fielding all their questions about eligibility to the scheme. His recommendation guaranteed us our home and allowed us to build a future for our two kids. We are eternally grateful to Mike for his help, honesty, speed and his light hearted and calm approach to business. We will only be using him for our remortgage needs. Thoroughly recommend. I was struggling to get a mortgage completed as it wasnt the run of the mill case. Michael was brilliant , took time to go through all the possibilities and just did a fantastic job. Always took the phone calls and always updated me daily . This gave me peace of mind . I cant speak highly enough for Michael, and I wish him luck going forward.
