My name is Tim Robinson, the founder and Managing Director of Blue Tile Property Consultants. I personally have more than 3 decades of experience in multiple property sectors across the UK, Central Europe and South East Asia including award-winning projects: (Saigon Centre, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam), individual mixed-use schemes of 100,000 square metres: (CITIC Square, Shanghai and Letnany Shopping Centre, Prague) as well as negotiating new leases for small businesses requiring just a few hundred square metres. All are a source of pride for me and the business and receive the same care and diligence to ensure we create long-term value for our clients.
